Refund Policy

At Statewide Sports Medicine, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be:

    • Unopened

    • Unused

    • In their original packaging

    • In resalable condition

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products

Clearance or promotional items (unless faulty)

Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
