  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier for delivery.

  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Australia.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery of returned items.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
